KELVIN LEACH

Kelvin Leach is a gifted entrepreneur that has used his love for music and people to build his dream business, Lox Entertainment.  His company is proud to work with artists helping them manage their careers, navigate bookings as well as oversee tour management.

Born and raised in New Jersey, this Rutgers University graduate has always been an achiever. During his undergraduate years, he made it a point to participate in various organizations that helped develop his leadership abilities while never losing sight of the importance of maintaining his GPA.  Upon graduation, he worked in corporate America but knew entrepreneurship was calling him.

In 2001, he made the difficult decision to walk away from his “steady” paycheck to pursue a much more interesting but lessor paying internship in the field of his dream: the entertainment industry.

He spent the next 7 years working and learning the A&R process, Contract Negotiation, Media Training, Bookings and Event Planning – all skills necessary to build the careers of world-class artists. After this time, he began to take on clients of his own. He enjoyed the entire creative process and worked long hours helping unknown artists become rising stars, thus becoming the “go to guy” for artists. Mr. Leach's roster includes representing Grammy Award winners Tye Tribbett, Hezekiah Walker and Richard Smallwood among others.

The consummate business professional, Kelvin is also sought after as a consultant on special projects and events because of his expertise in sales, marketing and event execution.  In fact, he is using these gifts to develop his personal brand, Kelvin Leach, Inc.  Through this new endeavor, he will mentor, coach and develop up and coming artists, protégés and business professionals that desire guidance on building their brands and businesses.

Kelvin is also developing special projects that include television and the big screen for his clients, with the intent on being a media mogul.

Not ever wanting to lose sight of his goal to help other entrepreneurs and business owners, he is making time on his busy calendar to speak and teach at conferences on success, entrepreneurship and vision.

Even further expanding his reach, he has plans to pen a book on leadership, business building and success which is sure to become an industry must-read.
